Job summary

Graham Behavior Services, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Asbury Park and Franklin Township, NJ for 1 day per week with availability Monday or Thursday between 3:30pm-8:00pm.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team to promote skill development and improve quality of life for clients with autism and behavior challenges. Full participation in our clinical program is expected.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in psychology or special education with BCBA eligibility.
BCBA license in New Jersey and in good standing.
BACB supervision credential to provide supervision for BCaBAs, BCBA candidates, and RBTs.
Experience in 1:1 education of learners with autism in multiple settings.
Strong data collection, progress graphing, and data-based decision making.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) during initial assessments or when problem behaviours arise.
Develop individualized treatment plans every six months.
Review treatment plans with parents/caregivers and obtain signatures.
Inform supervisor if additional service hours are needed for assessments, training, or supervision.
Provide direct services and supervise behavior therapists on skill acquisition programs and BIPs.
Train caregivers in ABA strategies and assist with navigating IEPs and related services.
Coordinate care between home, school, and other providers to align treatment goals.
