Job summary

Graham Behavior Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in Forked River, NJ. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with emphasis on assessments, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

You will conduct verbal behavior, language, play, and skill-based assessments, design curricula, and oversee treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and NJ licensure in good standing.
• BACB supervision credential, or the ability to acquire one.
• Minimum of two years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong 1:1 ABA delivery across clinic, home, and community settings.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with families and team members.

Position Summary

Graham Behavior Services is looking for a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team at our Forked River clinic. This is a Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm position.

The BCBA is responsible for conducting assessments and developing effective, individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and behavior challenges. As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with colleagues to design and implement evidence-based programming that promotes meaningful skill development and quality of life across all clients you serve. Full-time BCBAs are expected to dedicate their professional practice exclusively to Graham Behavior Services and may not provide ABA therapy through other agencies while employed full time.

Compensation and Location

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
• Location: Forked River, NJ

What You Will Do

In this role, you will conduct verbal behavior, language, play, and skill-based assessments and design individualized curricula based on those results. You will develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans and treatment programs, collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making, and provide supervision for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates in accordance with BACB standards. You will communicate regularly with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. You will also be expected to maintain a thorough working knowledge of ABA principles, ethical standards, and current best practices.

What You Bring

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, preferably from a BACB-accredited program
• Active BCBA certification and NJ state licensure in good standing
• BACB supervision credential, or the ability to acquire one
• A minimum of two years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong clinical background in 1:1 ABA delivery across clinic, home, and community settings
• The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with families and team members at all levels
• Proficiency with data collection, graphing, analysis, and progress reporting
• A genuine commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical practice

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds, travel to client locations as needed, and receive crisis management training. You must notify your clinical supervisor if you are unable to physically perform any crisis management procedures.
