Job summary

Graham Behavior Services in West Long Branch, NJ is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based ABA programs for individuals with autism.

This role includes supervision of RBTs/BCaBAs/BCBA candidates, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with families and an interdisciplinary team to promote meaningful skill development and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification and NJ state licensure in good standing.
• BACB supervision credential or ability to acquire one.
• Minimum of two years of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong 1:1 ABA delivery across clinic, home, and community settings.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with families and team members.
• Proficiency with data collection, graphing, analysis, and progress reporting.
• A genuine commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized curricula based on results.
• Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans and treatment programs.
• Collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making.
• Provide supervision for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates.
• Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain knowledge of ABA principles, ethics, and current best practices.
