Job summary

Graham Behavior Services is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team in Forked River, NJ. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with emphasis on assessments, individualized treatment plans, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team.

You will conduct verbal behavior, language, play, and skill-based assessments, design curricula, and oversee treatment programs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
Active BCBA certification and NJ licensure in good standing.
BACB supervision credential, or the ability to acquire one.
Minimum of two years of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong 1:1 ABA delivery across clinic, home, and community settings.
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with families and team members.

Responsibilities

Conduct verbal behavior, language, play, and skill-based assessments.
Design individualized curricula based on assessment results.
Develop, implement, and oversee behavior support plans and treatment programs.
Collect and analyze data to drive clinical decision-making.
Provide supervision for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates per BACB standards.
Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
Maintain knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards.
