Job summary

Total Spectrum is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. The role emphasizes assent-based treatment and family partnership to support school and life goals.

You will supervise clinicians, write reports, and collaborate with funding sources while advancing client-centered care. Requires Master’s degree and BCBA, plus 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree or higher.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism.
• Exceptional professional, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Deliver parent/caregiver trainings and ensure safety as a top priority.
