Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Baltimore is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead clinical operations within the clinic, supervising clinicians, and ensuring effective therapy through supervision, case oversight, and accurate documentation.

You will mentor BCBAs, oversee treatment plans, collaborate with the Operations Manager, and ensure compliance with BACB standards and state licensure while supporting families with treatment progress and home programming.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with BACB and applicable state license.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years post-certification experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians within the clinic.
• Maintain a caseload, develop BIPs, and update treatment plans based on progress.
• Review treatment plans for effective therapy and ensure timely documentation.
• Oversee productivity and performance of BCBAs; mentor Fellows, LBS, and BCBAs.
• Lead family discussions and provide home programming guidance.
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and state regulations.
