Job summary

Helping Hands Family in Shelton, CT seeks a Clinical Supervisor BCBA to lead clinical operations, supervise BCBAs and fellows, and ensure high-quality ABA services for children. The role requires strong leadership, case oversight, and collaboration with families.

You will oversee treatment plans, ensure compliance with BACB standards, mentor staff, and align with program goals by partnering with the Office Manager and Regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with the BACB and applicable state license.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years post-certification experience; 2+ years Lead BCBA experience supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for clinicians in the assigned clinic.
• Maintain a caseload, conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and update treatment plans.
• Review treatment plans for client-specific efficacy and alignment with standards.
• Oversee BCBAs' productivity and performance; review records and progress.
• Collaborate with Office Manager on scheduling and productivity.
• Lead mentorship and competency assessments for Fellows and BCBAs.
