Job summary

Verbal Beginnings is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) in Maryland to provide clinical leadership for a team delivering ABA services for children with autism. The role emphasizes oversight of therapists, development of individualized treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality care aligned with BACB standards.

You will supervise BCBA trainees and RBT staff, collaborate across departments, and guide family trainings to support outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Maryland licensure or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Develop treatment plans and ensure implementation of evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs and BCBA trainees.
• Collaborate with clinicians, supervisors, and QA to optimize client outcomes.
• Coordinate with caregivers to empower them as partners in progress.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and ensure compliance with BACB standards.
