Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks a Clinical Supervisor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), to lead clinical operations across the clinic. You will supervise BCBAs, review treatment plans, and mentor Fellows and LBS staff while coordinating with the Operations Manager to ensure scheduling and productivity align with quality standards.

The role requires active BACB certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and at least 5 years post-certification experience with leadership

Qualifications

• Active BCBA in good standing with BACB and state licensure where applicable.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong clinical leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians in the clinic.
• Maintain caseload, conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and update treatment plans.
• Review treatment plans for effective therapy on a case-by-case basis.
• Monitor data collection and clinical documentation for quality and consistency.
• Oversee BCBAs and Lead BCBAs, supporting growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Office Manager on scheduling and productivity.
• Lead family communications and review with parents/caregivers.
