Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the ABA field, with 2 years as a BCBA.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans.
