Job summary

Gracent, LLC is seeking a Lead BCBA in St. Charles, IL to stay hands-on with clinical work while leading teams, mentoring staff, and driving center growth. You will manage clients, supervise RBTs, and help develop BCBAs, with a focus on data-informed decisions that improve outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on assessment, treatment planning, onboarding, and a path toward clinical leadership while collaborating across disciplines to support families and school transitions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and IL license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of applied BCBA experience.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills for clinicians.
• Ability to use data to drive center performance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct clinical accountability with assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide clinical mentorship and support to BCBAs and RBTs.
• Mentor and onboard newer BCBAs and support their development.
• Assist with hiring and build a strong clinical team.
• Partner with Area Director on clinical quality and center priorities.
• Use Power BI data to identify opportunities in scheduling and performance.
• Support marketing, community outreach, and family tours.
• Collaborate with other therapists to provide interdisciplinary care.
• Contribute to new center development and leadership coverage as needed.
