Job summary

Able Stars ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a hybrid model serving children with autism across multiple states. You will enjoy clinical autonomy with strong leadership support and administrative help so you can focus on high‑quality client care.

Responsibilities include FBAs, treatment plan oversight, supervising RBTs, data‑driven decisions, parent education, and thorough documentation while maintaining compliance with BACB ethics.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, or related field.
• State licensure where required (licensure support provided).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and write treatment plans.
• Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence‑based practices.
• Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation and BACB supervision hours.
• Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide clinical decisions.
• Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions.
• Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time.
• Maintain monthly billable hour expectations.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and attend company trainings.
