Job summary

Behavioral Concepts, located in Littleton, MA, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead high-quality ABA services for children with autism. This permanent, full-time role supports evidence-based, assent-based treatment and partner families to foster school and life success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within 3 months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism.
• Licensure/registration as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings.
