Job summary

Easterseals Southwest Florida seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in ABA programs across our regional teams. The role conducts functional behavior assessments, writes behavior intervention plans, and ensures staff adherence to BACB standards.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and at least one year of ABA experience (five+ years preferred). A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or similar field with ABA focus.
• BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Minimum one year of experience with ABA; five years or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and functional analyses.
• Write and update behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise RBTs and ensure BACB standards are met.
• Collect, graph, and analyze data.
• Provide training to parents and teachers; collaborate with staff.
