Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise center and home-based ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. You will ensure quality treatment, maintain standards of care, and collaborate with families and clinicians to tailor interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or state license as a behavior analyst.
• At least 1 year of ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating care across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full range of ABA treatment services including assessment, programming, progress monitoring, program modification, parent training, care coordination with other providers, and insurance authorization.
• Ensure all standards of care are followed per state and insurance guidelines.
• Provide training and supervision to clinical staff to ensure high-quality treatment services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional team members to support client outcomes.
• Complete administrative tasks such as reporting and insurance reviews in a timely manner.
