Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee BESS construction on multiple energy storage projects. The role is based on active job sites with travel across the region, requiring strong leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in utility-scale renewable or industrial electrical construction.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role preferred.
• 3 years of utility-scale energy storage construction experience preferred.
• Licensed electrician or journeyman preferred.
• OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification.
• Ability to travel and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations of energy storage projects.
• Mentor superintendents, craft personnel and junior staff.
• Hire and develop craft labor employees; provide guidance and training.
• Develop and implement operations procedures for consistency across teams.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control plans and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, estimating, and internal departments.
• Create project schedules, labor plans, and sequencing for multiple projects.
• Review designs for constructability and feedback; support BOM takeoffs.
• Communicate with project owners, utilities, regulators, vendors, and contractors.
• Track performance metrics and project updates to senior management.
