Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee BESS construction nationwide from jobsite in AZ, NM, or TX. You will lead day-to-day field operations, mentor crews, and ensure safety and quality.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with engineering, procurement, estimating, and stakeholders; manage schedules, materials, and compliance with NFPA 70e and OSHA 30. Must travel as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in utility scale renewable construction and/or industrial electrical construction.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
• 3 years of energy storage construction experience preferred.
• Licensed electrician or journeyman preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day field operations of energy storage projects.
• Mentor superintendents, assistant superintendents, craft personnel and other junior level employees.
• Hire and develop craft labor employees.
• Develop and implement operations procedures for continuous improvement and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control plans and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, estimating and other internal departments.
