The role requires extensive flight experience, rotorcraft qualifications, and supervisory capability. 7/7 schedule, housing provided at all locations, and competitive incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Total flight time and helicopter hours as specified.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Instrument rating required for rotorcraft operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates flight schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations.
• Plans flight resources and mission support at the base.
• Conducts new-hire pilot orientations at the base.
