Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks a Base Pilot Supervisor to lead Base Line Pilots and oversee base operations, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company manuals. The role partners with the Program Director to run efficient, safe, and economical base operations.

The BPS will supervise flight scheduling, resource coordination, and payroll processes while maintaining weather awareness and timely preflight checks for all missions.

Qualifications

• 2000 hours total flight time, 1500 hours helicopter time, 1000 hours helicopter PIC
• 500 hours turbine
• Night unaided 100 hours or 50 unaided with 100 aided

Responsibilities

• Develops pilot duty schedules with Regional Director of Flight Operations
• Coordinates flight planning and resources for mission support
• Conducts local area orientations for new hire pilots
• Coordinates aviation activities for public relations events
• Monitors monthly flight/duty logs and payroll submissions
• Ensures safe and efficient operation per Rotorcraft Flight Manual
• Preflies aircraft and reports discrepancies to maintenance
