Honeywell is seeking an Automation Sr. Field Service Technician to maintain and optimize Building Automation Systems and HVAC controls for mission-critical facilities. You will diagnose complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support modernization efforts at the Acton, MA site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years diagnosing and servicing Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC controls.
• Experience with DDC systems, industrial controls, and field service operations.
• Valid driver's license and a High School Diploma/GED.
• Proficient with Windows OS and MS Office; able to work with networked control systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and optimize BAS and HVAC controls; perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
• Configure BAS networks; analyze and resolve network performance and security issues.
• Build trusted customer relationships; provide training and improvement recommendations.
• Follow safety, quality and compliance policies; maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain tools/assets and participate in emergency response; pursue ongoing technical development.
