Drummond Island Resort is seeking a Lead Bartender for Pins Bar & Grill to deliver exceptional hospitality and craft cocktails in a fast-paced setting. You will engage guests, manage beverage preparation, and support a collaborative guest-centric team on Drummond Island.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume resort or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak resort periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide prompt, attentive service.
• Prepare and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Maintain knowledge of offerings and make recommendations to drive sales.
• Coordinate bar priorities during shifts and support teammates.
• Assist with beverage orders, inventory, and par levels.
