Pins Bar & Grill at Drummond Island Resort is seeking an experienced bartender to deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting. You’ll craft cocktails, manage beverage service, and engage guests with local flair.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills are required.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with ability to build rapport with guests.
• Ability to remain calm and organized during busy service periods.
• Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is preferred.
• Current ServSafe Alcohol Certification preferred (or ability to obtain on hire).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak resort periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with hospitality and provide prompt, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes, presentation standards, and responsible service requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and promotions; make recommendations to boost sales.
• Serve as bar lead during shifts, coordinate priorities, and assist guests and staff.
• Keep bar clean, stocked, and organized; manage supplies and inventory.
• Assist with beverage ordering, inventory counts, and minimizing waste.
• Develop new cocktails and seasonal offerings to complement the menu and events.
• Collaborate on beverage promotions and resort events to grow beverage sales.
