Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and develop crew members and team leaders.
  • Delegate tasks and follow up.
  • Hold team accountable and provide coaching.
  • Communicate goals in team meetings and recognize contributions.
  • Educate team on policies, labor laws and safety procedures.
  • Contribute to hiring crew members.
  • Ensure fast, friendly, accurate service.
  • Support performance reviews for crew.
  • Handle customer issues to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, and safety standards.
  • Assist with increasing comparable sales and meeting budgeted sales.
  • Control labor costs through staffing and scheduling.
  • Ensure cash handling and deposit procedures.
  • Manage inventory and ordering systems.
