Job summary

Gin & Luck is seeking a Lead Bartender to lead the bar team with exceptional hospitality and efficiency. You will oversee bartending, barbacking and bar prep, set standards, train staff, and collaborate with managers to represent the team and the brand.

Reporting to the General Manager and Bar Manager, you will greet guests, ensure guests are served responsibly, master cocktail specs, manage mise en place, and maintain cleanliness and organization through the shift.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven Bartender experience in a reputable establishment.
• High EQ and strong discretion.
• Excellent customer service skills and welcoming atmosphere.
• Attention to detail to maintain beverage quality.
• Outstanding communication with customers and teammates.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
• Self-motivated team player with strong work ethic.
• Good sense of humor and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 21 and check IDs.
• Maintain bar mise en place and ensure timely service.
• Know cocktail specs, ingredients, brands, and allergen info.
• Coordinate service with barback and bartenders for smooth operation.
• Train new hires and uphold Gin & Luck standards.
