Job summary

Workstream in Cincinnati is seeking a Lead Bartender to support daily bar operations and lead in your assigned area, delivering exceptional beverage service and maintaining bar organization. This role requires guiding team members and ensuring standards.

You will manage cash handling, know the menu and promotions, and respond to guest concerns, escalating to management as needed. The position also involves opening or closing duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• High-volume bartending experience required
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast paved environment
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and sense of urgency
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Current Floor Managers preferred
