Job summary

PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a hands-on Front of House leadership role to coach the team toward championship guest service and high employee engagement. You will oversee restaurant operations, scheduling, and quality control, while planning events and maintaining standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of high-volume F&B supervisory experience in a resort or country club setting, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of high-volume bartending/food & beverage supervisor experience and one-year resort or country club experience required.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems (Micros) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team towards Championship guest service and employee satisfaction results.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are met.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service and addressing complaints professionally.
• Maintain quality control for all food and beverages served.
• Supervise short- and long-term planning of outlets.
• Understand and drive employee engagement and accountability.
• Maintain a high energy, professional appearance.
• Plan, coordinate and manage special events and holiday functions.
• Operate outlets as a free-standing entity when needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including day/night shifts, weekends and holidays.
