Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar daily with stock and supplies.
• Maintain garnishes and ensure product quality.
• Greet guests, mix drinks, and handle cash or POS.
• Comply with state and corporate alcohol serving requirements.
• Input orders into the POS and balance cash drops.
• Lock up and secure items and bank.
• Work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
