Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartender experience required; two+ years preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• May perform bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server duties as needed.
• Ability to obtain required certifications.
• Ability to handle money and operate POS/cash register.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following company policies.
• Maintain food prep and bar area in a clean, organized manner.
• Serve and assist guests with a high standard of integrity and hospitality.
• Have general knowledge of the hotel, area and events to answer questions.
