Job summary

Drury Hotels in Greenville, SC invites applications for a fulltime Bartender role within the Kitchen+Bar. Under supervision, you will open and close the bar, prep area, and ensure a clean, welcoming space for guests.

You will deliver high-quality service, maintain integrity, and promote the Drury hospitality culture. The ideal candidate has bartending experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience required.
• Two+ years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Must be able to read/write and communicate in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Duties may include bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
• Must obtain and maintain all required certifications.
• Ability to handle money, make change, and operate a cash register.
• Operate punch clocks, POS, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain professionalism with guests and team members; lead when needed.
• Open and close bar and ensure supplies and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following policies.
• Maintain the food prep and bar area in a clean, organized state while serving guests.
• Provide friendly, high-integrity hospitality in line with Drury culture.
• Have general knowledge of hotel, area, and events to answer questions.
