Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a bartender for our Kitchen+Bar. This role opens and closes the bar, maintains prep and beverage areas, and delivers hospitality to guests in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities include bartending, basic prep, and occasional serving duties. Candidates should be at least 21, with prior bartending and supervisory experience preferred, and a high school diploma or college credits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One experience bartending required.
• Two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of two years of college preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar per policy.
• Maintain food prep and bar areas in clean, organized condition.
• Serve guests and provide hospitality.
• Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.
