Job summary

Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a capable team member to open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar, maintain a clean prep and bar area, and serve guests with hospitality and integrity.

The role requires at least 21 years old and bartending experience; two+ years supervisory experience is preferred. A HS diploma or equivalent is required, with two years of college preferred. English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One experience bartending required.
• Two or more years of bartender and supervisory experience preferred.
• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of two years of college preferred.
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server or other positions as needed.
• Requires ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies.
• Maintain food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, organized manner.
• Serve and assist guests while promoting Drury culture.
• Answer questions with knowledge of the hotel, area and events.
