Qualifications

• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server as needed.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the bar following Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Serve guests and provide hospitality with integrity and professionalism.
• Handle money, make change, and operate POS/Cash register accurately.
