Drury Hotels Company, LLC is seeking a bartender for our Mobile, AL property. This role opens and closes the Kitchen+Bar, keeps the prep area clean, and delivers high-level hospitality to guests.

The ideal candidate has bartending experience, strong English communication, and a customer-first mindset. We offer flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a family‑owned hotel system.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience required.
• Two or more years of bartender experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain certifications per Company requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs duties of bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server or other positions as needed.
• Ability to handle money and use cash register/Cash handling and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies.
• Maintain the food prep and hotel bar area in a clean, well-organized manner.
• Serve guests and assist them.
• Promote the Drury culture with customers and fellow team members.
