Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be of legal drinking age and have any required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve beverages and meals to patrons in accordance with state and federal age regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
• Coordinate lounge and bar activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor and manage alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking.
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation standards and regulations.
