Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years bartending experience.
• Must be 21+ and possess Indiana Beverage Server License.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Stand for duration of shift and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Close/open bar shifts per management requirements and assist with menu development, inventory and SOPs.
• Greet guests enthusiastically and resolve guest issues.
• Record drink orders accurately and process payments.
• Maintain clean, organized bar areas and restock supplies.
• Present drink menus and provide recommendations with knowledge of all menu items.
