Job summary

Colorado Springs Country Club Inc. seeks a Lead Bartender to serve as the primary floor and bar leader for our beverage program. You will supervise bar staff, mentor the team, and ensure flawless member service across the main bar, lounge, and banquet stations.

The role requires knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, along with strong leadership, safety, and POS proficiency to maintain top-tier hospitality and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of high‑volume, high‑end bartending or mixology experience with leadership or lead responsibilities.
• Experience in inventory management, beverage purchasing, vendor negotiation, and cost control for liquor, beer, and wine.
• Active state-required certifications (TIPS/ServSafe) and food handler; Sommelier/Cicerone a plus.

• Lead bar operations behind the bar and lounge, ensuring high bar efficiency and professional service.
