Job summary

Ginger and Baker in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a skilled Bartender to deliver attentive service at tables and the bar, with knowledge of the menu and recipes.

You will mix cocktails, pour wine and beer, take orders, manage payments at the POS, restock and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of bartending experience in hotels/restaurants.
• Basic proficiency of Microsoft Word & Excel software applications.
• Knowledge of service, wine and spirit service.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to customers at tables and bar-tops.
• Mix cocktails and drinks following recipes and ingredients.
• Serve wine and beer; take and process orders.
• Collect payments and operate the POS system.
• Restock to par levels after each shift; maintain clean, organized bar area.
• Ensure safety and responsible alcohol service; follow all policies.
