Job summary

The Brandywine Radnor a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Wayne, PA is seeking a full-time Bartender to prepare drinks and food orders, serve guests, and maintain a clean, safe lounge/bar area. You will monitor IDs, handle payments, and assist with inventory and displays.

Position requires English proficiency, customer service experience, and flexibility to work varied shifts. Daily Pay and comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or equivalent training.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification per state regulations.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations professionally and promptly.
• Ability to follow policies, safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer ages and check IDs for alcohol purchases.
• Take food and beverage orders and serve drinks and meals.
• Prepare drinks (wine, liquor, beer) and appetizers per standards.
• Monitor lounge/bar seating and balance sales receipts.
• Limit liability by stopping alcohol service when needed and inform management.
