Ideal candidates have advanced knowledge of craft cocktails, 2–4 years of high-volume bar experience, and proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of craft cocktails and spirits.
• 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume, high-quality bar or restaurant operation.
• Minimum one year of experience as a bartender.
• Some college education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guest service focused on total guest satisfaction and beverage sales.
• Lead bartenders, cocktail servers, and bar backs; assist in hiring.
• Manage cocktail and spirits program, inventories, and procurement.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote beverage events and content.
• Maintain beverage menu and inventory systems and compliance.
