Qualifications

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong commitment to professionalism and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of service according to the F&B program.
• Assist with service of beverages and food at the bar.
• Know members’ names and provide a personalized experience.
• Accurately take and fulfill member and guest orders.
• Resolve complaints professionally and refer to management when needed.
• Set up the bar area, stock supplies, and keep it clean.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization throughout shift.
• Ensure all liquors, beers, and wines are stocked and properly poured.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive work environment.
