Drury Hotels is hiring for a bartender/prep/cocktail server role at our Denver property. The position requires 21+ years old, bartending experience, and the ability to mix a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience; two+ years supervisory preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks.
• Duties may include bartender, prep cook, and cocktail server or other positions as needed.
• Requires ability to obtain and maintain all appropriate certifications per Company requirements.
• Ability to handle money, make change and utilize office machines in normal day-to-day activities.
• Ability to operate cash register, POS software, dishwashers, kitchen equipment, etc.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized food prep and bar area while serving guests.
• Provide hospitable service and answer questions about the hotel and local area.
• Promote Drury culture through integrity and teamwork.
