Job summary

Drury Hotels in Charlotte is hiring for a bartender position in our Kitchen+Bar. The role requires preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar and prep area, and delivering exceptional guest hospitality.

You will support guest questions and work with the team to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced setting. Requirements include at least 1 year of bartending experience (2+ preferred), 21+ age, high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to obtain necessary certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• One year of bartending experience required.
• Two years of bartender experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; two years of college preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certifications per Company requirements.
• English communication skills required.
• Ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the hotel Kitchen+Bar following Company policies.
• Maintain food prep and bar area in a clean, organized manner.
• Serve and assist guests with hospitality and integrity.
• Lead team members and handle duties as needed.
• Operate cash register and POS systems.
