Pinehurst is seeking a customer-focused Barista to serve beverages and food in our coffee house, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. You will prepare and present drinks, process guest checks, and assist with inventory and scheduling, reporting to the Food & Beverage leadership.

21+ required due to alcohol service in some outlets. The role demands teamwork, professional communication, and flexibility to work across locations and shifts, including holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months related experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service in some outlets.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve beverages in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production, storage and dining areas.
• Maintain all displayed products and inventory; assist with ordering.
• Process all checks and revenues for guests.
• Assist with weekly scheduling and onboarding of new hires.
• Work across multiple Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
