Swig Cottonwood in Cottonwood Heights, UT, is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations, lead a small team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll complete store checklists, train teammates, stock and prep, prepare drinks and food, manage to-go orders, and keep the dining area clean and safe while upholding Swig’s standards and values. Applicants should be 16+, have a food handler's permit, and welcome growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Food handler's permit required or preferred.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Complete store checklists and assist with deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
