Swig is hiring team members in Lindon, UT to craft drinks, greet guests, and keep the store sparkling. You'll wear many hats, from barista-style drink crafting to stocking and upkeep, all while delivering a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Craft quality drinks and food by following Swig’s procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide a seamless experience.
• Keep dining area, outdoor areas, and workspaces spotless and clean.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and staging to stay organized.
• Handle to-go and delivery orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain food rotation and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Suggest add-ons and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and safety rules.
• Perform other duties as needed.
