Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beverage operations and maintain high-quality preparation.
• Lead, train, and supervise baristas; ensure adherence to policies.
• Assist with training and provide feedback to the store manager.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and smooth point-of-sale operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build guest relationships.
• Foster a positive team environment and recognize achievements.
• Execute store operations during scheduled shifts and manage opening/closing duties.
