Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Lead Barista in Orlando to support the Starbucks Manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring top-quality beverages, and delivering outstanding customer service. The role includes coaching and supervising baristas, training new staff, and maintaining store standards to ensure a smooth shift.

You will help develop product knowledge, stay informed about events and offers, and assist with opening/closing duties while upholding cash handling and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
• 6 months of experience handling customer requests and directing tasks.
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Model exceptional customer service in every interaction.
• Ring orders accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Train and supervise baristas; lead and motivate the team.
