Boyne Resorts is seeking a Lead Barista at Summit at Snoqualmie to combine coffee craftsmanship with team leadership. You will mentor baristas, uphold beverage quality, and ensure smooth peak-period service under the supervision of the Food + Beverage Manager.

Requires at least 1 year of barista experience and strong communication. You will train staff, document records per health standards, and monitor equipment conditions on site in Washington. A Washington State Food Worker Card is required.
