Barnes & Noble is seeking a Lead Barista to guide the café team, ensure compelling product presentations, and oversee smooth cafe operations in our Dothan store. You will lead by example, coach baristas, handle guest interactions, maintain cleanliness and safety, and work closely with the store management to meet sales goals.

This role requires reliability, strong merchandising, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for customers and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain reliable and punctual attendance and lead by example for the café team.
• Oversee the efficient running of the Café, ensuring compelling product presentations.
• Coach baristas in customer conversations and improve speed and accuracy at the registers.
• Guide and support baristas in receiving deliveries and stock management (FIFO).
• Keep the Café and bookfloor clean and presentable, enforcing safety and loss-prevention procedures.
