Responsibilities

• Model best practices in drink making, food preparation, and all tools to coach others.
• Coach café team on bake case, displays, cleanliness and presentation.
• Guide visual merchandising for counter and floor fixtures; keep Café neat and tidy.
• Improve speed and accuracy at registers; coach baristas in customer conversations.
• Assist in receiving/unpacking deliveries and FIFO stocking.
• Keep Café clean with daily/weekly cleaning tasks.
• Maintain bookfloor presentation standards and upkeep.
• Follow loss prevention procedures and de-escalate challenging situations.
